Friday, August 24; i cant blame the weatherman

i was daydreaming into the night sky that day, with the pounding of the heavy raindrops and the crashing of the thunder dance accompanying me when i remembered how warm and humid the afternoon was. the blazing sun and cloudless sky, with a very very slight hint of a stingy breeze.

do feelings flutter and change like the weather?

or do we assume that they are as constant as climate?

but even after many years, climates do slowly shift.

the feelings we have towards something or someone, is it always the same, or does it change?

are there days when you feel the scorching intensity with someone?

and then other days when you find yourself totally distant from that person you thought u knew?

do you tell yourself that you are feeling passionate about something.

or do you find yourself doubting that prominent feeling you once had?

maybe you think that you generally feel a certain way, but to your puzzlement, you realise there are many other days you dont feel that same way. for some reason.

does that make you mad? or insane?

or confused?

or in denial?

or just human?

the wind, the rain, the seas, the relative humidity, the saturation point, the clouds, the evaporation rate, the absorption rate, precipitation, etc are factors, interdependent, that can change a weather, which could/would/may change the climate over time.

what makes feelings change? or keep it constant?

is it a constant struggle? or is it something involuntary?

possibly hormones, situations, history, actions, duration, opinions, thoughts, etc can change a person's feelings. but that list is shorter compared to the above weather-changing factors. when ironically, a human's emotional mix is a much more complicated and complex issue at hand.

it could be a passing cloud?

how do you know, really?

you never really know, do you.

that's the basis of feelings right?

so until you actually find the core of what makes you feel that way, you wont find the answer, right.

or not?
