after the sun the rain, after the rain the sun".
well, we had a
double rainbow that stretched across the sky today (wednesday) as i bundled both my nephews into the car before we went out.
reaching out from one end to another like a ribbon without a crease, before meeting a bunch of grey clouds at one end.
the boys were just as psyched as i was - it's such rarity to see one, much less a full one all in clear distinct colours, and what's more? double.
dark blue, light blue, purple, red, orange, yellow, green and the many many shades in between. little tim proudly recited a string of colours in Mandarin that was so quick I couldn't pick them out.
such a pity i didnt take a picture while rushing outta the house. nevermind, it did to me what rainbows usually do to people: make them smile a little. :)
