Monday, May 3; it's dum diddy done, for now.

okay, so it's over. my exams for first year as an undergrad are over. now to tackle the results, which will scare me in my face by the end of May. seriously, i hate this (or these) period(s) of my life.

even after one year of lectures, tutorials, projects, events and meetings, i still say that nus is too large. it's too large for anyone's own good. it's crazily big with too many people, too many faceless people. it's a mad place when the Reading Week starts, it gets too crowded, at 9.30am, almost everywhere. but well, i'm quite glad with the mix of things i get to try to figure out each semester and the few people ive laughed alot with along the way :)

for those who still have exams, good luck! you're almost done. look at it this way, you still have that chance to pull up your CAPS or GPA, i don't :( in fact seriously, i might've taken too much a risk to handle three sociology modules in just my second semester. anyway, from now til i get my results in July (and probably few days after), don't remind me about it cos i usually do well in reminding myself.

finally to start on that To Do list that's been growing. tomorrow! :) goodnight!

remember i let out my wonder about these amazingly capable schoolmates of mine? it came across my head that day again, especially with the wonders of Facebook.

they're all smart, amazing, capable, responsible, intelligent, talented, ambitious, hardworking and with lovely personalities. i have no doubt that they will rise up and really set their foot right and contribute back to society.

the sort of individuals who you could make you wonder who you are next to them. no doubt, they are a love to be around too :)

and this tumble of a goldpot starts with the mix of resources, access to resources, the structural support and a hell lot of luck.

life's mostly about that right? luck. even your access to resources and the opportunities that came along with that, whether from your parents' or not. somewhere before you were born, you already had a stash of four-leaved clovers, so much you don't even need to take stock.
