wow it's midway of the year; halfway through my academic university life (that's if i get to do a decent honours). quite a scary thought i have to admit.
well, like everyone else who might've talked about it, the semesterial heart stop took place. i really should go back to figuring out and consciously looking out for three things to be thankful for each day. i've stopped that as of late and so the notebook has been sadly, quite empty.
so in that note, thank God not for a full blown heart attack. hopefully not too late for baby steps.
i'm back doing an internship this semester break again and i keep wondering to myself why do i do so. it's like my third since i left mass comm and no answer hits my face yet. maybe after my internship i might get one.
we keep moving, keep breathing, keep kicking, keep looking for the next (or more) step ahead. even a rat race has an end: the finishing line, but do we have one?
now after results are out, so are the next semester's available modules, so is the module preference exercise, so is the planning for freshmen orientation, so is everything else. and that's just as a student.
i wonder what we
really live for.
three things today:
- having some breathing space in the morning mad mrt ride
- getting a car lift home after work, from my brother/dasao
- being home for dinner with the family
